For example, you can pair it with a wooden and stainless steel mill from Isen collection or a transparent model from Chaumont, Nancy and Oslo collections. On manual mills without the u'Select system, the jewel button also lets you adjust the salt grind setting. Tighten for a finer grind and loosen for a coarser grind. - For manual salt mills (u'Select and non-u'Select) - Compatible mill sizes: from 10 to 80 cm - Can be used to adjust the grind setting on non-u'Select salt mills - Not compatible with the Mignonnette, Palace, Paris Icône, Paris Prestige and Lalique collections
